Will the items be exactly as they appear in the photos?
Yes, each gift box or Bookish Bundle you receive will contain all the items listed in the product description. Because every gift is hand-assembled by me, its uniqueness is part of its charm! This means that on occasion, certain components may vary slightly in color or style based on availability. However, please be assured that the overall quality, value, and theme will always be perfectly maintained to ensure a wonderful experience. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to reach out—I would be happy to hear from you!
Can I send a box directly to the gift recipient?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Important: Please leave your gift message in the "Order Notes" section during checkout so I can include a card, letting them know who sent the "wow" moment!
Will the recipient see the price or a receipt?
No, never! All gift boxes and bundles are sent with a packing slip that does not include any price information, making them perfect for sending directly to your recipient as a surprise.
How long will it take to process my order?
The processing time (the time I need to lovingly hand-pack your gift) depends on the type of item you've ordered:
- Bookish Bundles: Usually processed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
- Curated Gift Boxes: Typically take up to 3 business days to assemble.
For the most accurate estimate, please check the individual product listing. During busy holiday seasons, these times may vary, and I appreciate your patience as I ensure every "wow" moment is perfectly prepared!
What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to WOWGIFTBOX due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
What should I do if my box arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging your gifts to ensure they arrive safely. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged box and items so I can assist you with a replacement or solution promptly.
What is your return policy?
Your happiness is my priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order. I accept returns on items that are in their original, unused condition. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
