All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Locations
WOWGIFTBOX currently ships to the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. WOWGIFTBOX is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
WOWGIFTBOX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
WOWGIFTBOX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wowgiftboxusa@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
